Organiser

BEAST OF STATIC CUP VOL. 1 is organised by BOSGYM Fitness Kft., 1137 Budapest, Radnóti Miklós u. 38.. Contact: [email protected]

Eligibility

• Competitors must be at least 16 years old on the day of the event.
• The competition category is Men Static Battles.
• Registration requires a qualification video of approximately one minute. The video may be edited.

Selection

Submitting a registration does not guarantee a place. The organiser reviews every qualification video and selects the competitors. We contact every applicant with the outcome. The organiser's decision on selection is final.

Participation fee

There is no fee to apply. If you are selected, a participation fee of 25€ becomes payable to confirm your place. The fee includes participation in the competition, an athlete t-shirt, a VIP ticket to the after sesh on the following day at BOS GYM, and a starter pack.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, paid fees are refunded in full. If you withdraw after paying, the fee is not refundable.

Registration deadline

Registration closes on 23 October 2026 and no late entries are accepted.

Conduct and liability

Competitors take part at their own risk and confirm that they are physically fit to compete. The organiser is not liable for injuries or for lost or damaged personal belongings, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. The organiser may exclude anyone whose conduct endangers others.

Photography and filming

The event is photographed and filmed. By taking part you agree that recordings made at the event may be published by the organiser. If you do not want to appear in published material, tell us in writing at [email protected].

Changes

The organiser may change the schedule, format or venue if circumstances require it. Registered athletes are notified by e-mail.
